Descripción / Abstract

The Second International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Information Processing and Cloud Computing (AIIPCC 2021) was successfully held on June 26-28, 2021 in Hangzhou, China. The conference was an annuel forum for researchers and application developers in the area of artificial intelligence, information processing and cloud computing.
We would like to express our gratitude to the reviewers of these manuscripts, who provided their time and expertise to review papers and facilitate the smooth running of AIIPCC. We are extremely grateful for organizers, technical program committee and editors and extend our most sincere thanks to all the authors for their excellent contribution and work.
