Descripción / Abstract
Zusammenfassung: Interdisziplinäre Frühförderung für Kinder mit Beeinträchtigungen bedarf einer interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit von Fachleuten. Die Internationale Klassifikation der Funktionsfähigkeit, Behinderung und Gesundheit (ICF) sowie ihre Version für Kinder und Jugendliche (ICF-CY) ist eine komplexe Klassifikation, die eine gemeinsame Sprache und einen gemeinsamen Rahmen für die Formulierung von Behandlungsinterventionen und -zielen bereitstellt. In diesem Arbeitsprozess mit der ICF-CY ist eine Miteinbeziehung der familiären Perspektive im Hinblick auf die Teilhabe des Kindes sowie die weitere Diagnostik und die Entwicklung von Förderzielen bedeutsam. Der Artikel fasst Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Klassifikation, Erfahrungen und mögliche zukünftige Projekte für die Arbeit mit der ICF-CY in Deutschland zusammen.

Abstract: Early childhood intervention services for children with disabilities need an interdisciplinary cooperation among experts. The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and the version for children and youth (ICF-CY) is a complex classification, which provides a common language between professionals, and a shared framework for intervention goals and intervention implementation. Within this process and use of the ICF-CY a focus on the families views of child participation and an involvement in diagnosis and development of intervention goals is important. The article summarizes possibilities and limitations of the classification, experiences and possible future projects of a comprehensive ICF-CY perspective in Germany.
