Am Beispiel der Artamanenbewegung wird der vergleichsweise enge Zusammenhang zwischen völkischer Bewegung und Jugendbewegung erörtert, unter Einschluss der Sozialpädagogik. Für diese Blickerweiterung spricht der Fall Herman Nohl: Ab 1931 plädierte Nohl im Zuge seiner Überlegungen zur "pädagogischen Osthilfe" dafür, die Sozialpädagogik neu, sprich: "nationalpädagogisch" auszurichten. Ausgehend von diesem Beispiel wird die Thematisierung der Artamanenbewegung und ihrer zentralen Protagonisten in der von Werner Kindt verantworteten "Dokumentation der Jugendbewegung" quellenkritisch analysiert. Im Ergebnis kann eine unfassbare Form der Bagatellisierung und Geschichtsklitterung notiert werden, deren Ziel dahin ging, die hier ins Zentrum gerückten Zusammenhänge vergessen zu machen. -- -- The "Artam" back-to-the-earth movement in Germany (1924-1931) exemplifies the relatively close connections between the right-wing "blood and soil" movement and the larger youth movement, with considerable overlap into social pedagogy. This is shown by the case of Herman Nohl, who in the years after 1931 pleaded for a new "national pedagogical" orientation in social pedagogy. The Documentation of the Youth Movement edited by Werner Kindt minimizes and trivializes these connections in such a way that one must conclude that the intent was to have them be forgotten. --
