Description / Abstract
Schlagworte: Migration, Integrationspolitik, Soziale Spaltung, Kosmopolitismus, Lebensstile
In this interview the current, so-called ´refugee crisis´ is placed in the historical context of migration processes since the late 19th century up until the present day, discussed in its specific status and interpreted as a constant part of general social integration problems in the face of inequality. The dominant role of social milieus for success or failure of integration is stressed and valued as more important than the possibilities of the education system and educational work.
Keywords: Migration, Integration Politics, Social Division, Cosmopolitanism, Lifestyles
