Zusammenfassung: In dem Beitrag werden der Ansatz von Inclusive Citizenship und seine mögliche Bedeutung für das Themenfeld Behinderung und politische Bildung skizziert. Im Zentrum des Ansatzes steht ein Begriff von Citizenship im Spannungs-feld zwischen Status und Act. Citizenship als Status beschreibt das System von (Nicht ) Zugehörigkeit, der Begriff der Acts of Citizenship zielt genau auf die diese Ordnung durchbrechende Praxen. Der sich hieraus ergebende Begriff des Politischen ermöglicht eine neue Perspektive auf Fragen der inklusiven politischen Bildung.

Abstract: This article outlines the approach of inclusive citizenship and its possible meaning for the subject area of disability and civic education. In the core of this ap-proach is the notion of citizenship which is understood in the tension between status and act. Citizenship as status describes the system of (not-) belonging, the notion of acts of citizenship focusses on practices which are disrupting exactly this order. The resulting concept of the political facilitates a new perspective on questions of an inclu-sive civic education.
