Im Zuge der Entwicklung eines inklusiven Schulsystems steigen spezifische Fort- und Weiterbildungen für alle Akteure des Systems in ihrer Relevanz. Das Land Niedersachsen hat sich dieser Aufgabe flachendeckend gestellt und bietet verschiedene Qualifizierungen für Lehrkräfte und Schulleitungen an. Dieser Beitrag thematisiert die Grundlagen und Ergebnisse der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung der Qualifizierungen für Schulleitungen. Dabei kann eine positive Bilanz gezogen werden und die stetige Weiterentwicklung der Qualifizierung als erfolgreich identifiziert werden. The relevance of in service training for all involved in school increases during the development of an inclusive education system. The German state Lower Saxony performs this challenge with different arrangements of in service training for teachers and principals. This article shows the theoretical background and results of the scientific monitoring for the in service training for principals. The results prove positive feedback from the participants and attests successful advancement of the professional training over the time.
