This “Linde Praktiker Skriptum (LPS)† at hand shall explain the fundamentals of EU law in a short and precise way by means of some noteworthy examples. This manual (LPS) not only includes the Treaty of Lisbon amendments (entry into force on December 1st, 2009), but also the amendments due to the Treaty of Accession of Croatia (entry into force on July 1st, 2013), and refers to the new EUR-Lex database (available since March 2013).
