Beschreibung / Abstract
?, UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention, Inklusion
Abstract: Emphasizing the current situation of lacking employment integration of youth with special educational needs, this contribution discusses pathways towards integration in workplace-based vocational training in Germany. These successful programs include vocational orientation and social pedagogical support. Has the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities developed increasing effects on the national reforms of educational systems (as hypothesized by Ellger-Ruttgardt 2013), also in the area of transitions from school to vocational training, since ratification?
Keywords: vocational orientation, transition from school to work, youth with special educational needs, UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, inclusion
