Abstract: Educational justice is often considered as a normative term in a purely affirmative sense, and therefore not considered as requiring further reflection. As such, few concepts of educational justice have so far been adopted into pedagogy. This theoretical sketch attempts to advance the reflection on the thematic concept by connecting pedagogical concepts of educational justice with human rights philosophical views on social and pedagogical inclusion. This connection seems to have been made most successfully in the Anglo-Saxon concept of "inclusiveness". The concept gives a frame of recognition theory for educational justice, that has the use of educational assets and opportunities as well as the opportunity to participate connected to inclusiveness at its core.
Keywords: educational justice, opportunity of equality, inclusion, inclusiveness, recognition
