According to the UN - Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, it is necessary to develop inclusive education for adults with learning disabilities. This article tries to show how e-learning can improve, in particular, "the availability" and "acceptance" of adult education for persons with learning disabilities. In addition to clarifying the special needs and requirements in technical design of inclusive e-learning, it is also shown that the didactical needs of inclusive e-learning are compatible to the most common didactical orientation in the field of e-learning. The article presents three visions of how e-learning could support and increase participation of people with learning disabilities by using available technologies.
