Zusammenfassung: Der Beitrag konzentriert sich auf die diagnostischen und therapeutischen Aufgaben von vier medizinischen Berufsbereichen: ärztliche Versorgung, Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Logopädie. Ein Überblick wird gegeben über das Spektrum der körperlichen und psychischen Störungen der frühen Kindheit, die Klassifikationssysteme ICF, ICD-10, Zero to Three, DSM 5 und OPD sowie über das diagnostische und therapeutische Spektrum der medizinischen Berufsgruppen im Rahmen Interdisziplinärer Frühförderung von Vorschulkindern mit Entwicklungsgefährdung.

Abstract: The paper focusses on the diagnostic and treatment tasks of four medical professions: physicians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech therapists. A review is given upon the relevant spectrum of physical and psychiatric disorders in early child development, the classification systems ICF, ICD 10, Zero to Three, DSM 5, OPD, and the diagnostic and therapeutic spectrum of the medical professions in the frame of early promotion and treatment of children at developmental risk.
