Description / Abstract
Der Beitrag greift unterschiedliche theoretische Standpunkte der Professionsdiskussion zum Lehrer*innenberuf sowie zu pädagogisch Tätigen in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit auf. Es werden nicht nur Parallelen und Gemeinsamkeiten, die die unterschiedlichen Ansätze miteinander teilen, sichtbar gemacht, sondern ebenfalls argumentativ dargelegt, welches Potenzial der soziale Welt-Ansatz für den Einbezug aller pädagogischen Berufsgruppen aufweist. Er kann als eine Anschlusskonstruktion anderer Professionstheorien an das interaktionistische Professionsverständnis verstanden werden. The article addresses three different theoretical perspectives which are discussed in the area of pedagogy professions. This is illustrated on the example of teachers and social workers. Paper presents not only the parallels and similarities which are shared by the different theoretical perspectives, but also an argumentative demonstration of the potential of the social world approach for the inclusion of all pedagogy professions which can be understood as a connecting construction of other profession theories to the interactional understanding of professions.
