Description / Abstract
Der Beitrag skizziert Überlegungen zur Arbeitsteilung und Kooperation pädagogischer Berufsgruppen im Rückgriff auf den sozialwissenschaftlichen Klassiker Èmile Durkheim. Anknüpfend an dessen modernisierungstheoretische These, dass eine ausreichende Gemeinsamkeit zwischen differenzierten, aber potenziellen Kooperationspartnern bestehen müsse, werden auf Basis der PAELL-Studie1 Erkenntnisse für die Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Berufsgruppenforschung ausgelotet. Gleichzeitig verweist der Beitrag damit auf die künftigen Aufgaben der verschiedenen pädagogischen Berufsgruppen innerhalb des Systems des Lebenslangen Lernens. The article outlines reflections on the division of labor and the cooperation of pedagogical professions in reflection to work of Èmile Durkheim. Based on the modernization theory thesis that there must be a sufficient common ground between differentiated, but potential cooperation partners, this paper presents the findings of the PAELL study for the further development of pedagogical occupational group research. Moreover, the article refers to the future tasks of the various pedagogical professions within the system of lifelong learning.
