Description / Abstract
Zusammenfassung: Eine studentisch organisierte UNI-Schule an der Universität Würzburg, die täglich 3,5 Stunden Vormittagsunterricht in fünf Lernniveaus und zwei Stunden Nachmittagsförderung für rund 70 Schülerinnen und Schüler anbietet, trägt Wesentliches zur Persönlichkeitsentwicklung der Lehramtskandidaten und damit zu einer zukunftsfähigen Lehrerbildung bei. Die künftigen Aufgaben einer Lehrkraft im inklusiven Schulsystem werden weniger diejenigen eines Einzelkämpfers als vielmehr kooperative Organisationsentwicklung sein, um geeignete Beschulungsformen und Lernangebote für sozial Benachteiligte zu schaffen. Hierzu bietet die UNI-Schule ein passendes Übungsfeld.

Abstract: A student organized UNI-school at the University of Würzburg, which offers lessons five days a week (3.5 hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon) for five different learning levels is essential for a good teacher education. This structure is important to help developing the personalities of the teacher candidates. In the future, instruction will not be frontal classes anymore. Instead, the classes will be more in the style of cooperative forms of teaching with the goal of improving the school system for people with social disabilities.
