Description / Abstract

Schlagworte: Unterrichtsforschung, Didaktik, Fachlichkeit, Fachunterricht, Unterrichtsinteraktion

To extend our knowledge of teaching quality it is necessary to realign quantitative and qualitative methods of classroom research. More than ever, we have to consider subject-specific aspects of teaching to conceptualise appropriate theoretical models. Against the background of didactical traditions, this paper proposes to reconstruct historical patterns of subject-specificity of teaching by examining classroom interactions.
