Description / Abstract
Access to the primary labor market is considered crucial to inclusion. The evaluation whether individuals are truly integrated depends from a pedagogical perspective primarily on their self-assessment in regard to the dimension of their social, emotional and achievement-motivational integration. In this article the focus is set on the achievement-motivational integration of trainees with hearing loss in their company. Therefore selected results of a qualitative survey in southern Germany are being presented. Keywords: inclusion, integration, trainees with hearing loss, deaf and hard of hearing, vocational training, company, primary labor market, achievement motivation
