Description / Abstract
Multi-professional teamwork becomes an important issue in primary school. Various professions are involved in processes of managing heterogeneity, realizing inclusion, organizing whole day schools and constructing cooperation in the context of transitions between institutions. These tasks are especially important for the every-day-life for children. The initiation of multi-professional teamwork has great potential but is also a great challenge for single actors. The on-going study examined the process in a primary school in which various professions come together. The article shows how that process works and which implications are able to see for them in practice research.
