Description / Abstract

In Nordrhein-Westfalen wurde zum 01.06.2008 das Computerprogramm SoPart verbindlich eingeführt. Nachfolgend will ich einige Aspekte einer problematischen Entwicklung benennen. Da es sich um eine Streitschrift handelt, formuliere ich diese z.T. plakativ und provokativ. Dies geschieht bewusst.
