Description / Abstract
Im nachfolgenden Beitrag wird die Omnipräsenz der Forderungen nach Kooperation in den Feldern Sozialer Arbeit problematisiert. Dazu wird verdeutlicht, wie in unterschiedlichen Arbeitsfeldern Kooperation als das zentrale Entwicklungs- und Innovationsinstrument präsentiert wird, obwohl weder empirische Erkenntnisse über den Erfolg oder Misserfolg von deren Implementation vorliegen noch der politische Kontext entsprechender Forderungen nach einem "Mehr an Kooperation" in den bisherigen Fachdebatten Berücksichtigung findet. Kooperation erweist sich daher als ein "Plastikwort" (Pörksen), das verdeckt, dass hier ein spezifisches politisches Programm im Kontext der Neujustierung bisheriger national- und wohlfahrtsstaatlicher Regulierungsmuster auf die Agenda gesetzt wird. -- In the following paper the "all-over-demand" for co-operation is discussed. In a first step the figure of co-operation as a general pattern for innovation and development is characterized for the fields of social work. Secondly the empirical data on co-operation is focussed and on that basis co-operation is thirdly problematized as a political programmatic instrument. Therefore co-operation is categorized as a "Plastikwort" (Pörksen) - an analytical concept, which can clarify that co-operation has to be seen in the context of the re-arrangement of former nation and welfare state.
