Description / Abstract
Multiprofessionelle Kooperation gehört zum fachlichen und rechtlichen Standard in vielen psychosozialen Handlungsfeldern. Die vielfältigen Anforderungen an Kooperation haben sich entwickelt im Zuge der Ausdifferenzierung neuer Professionen, Aufgabenstellungen und Organisationen in diesem Bereich. In der konkreten Ausgestaltung erweist sich multiprofessionelle Kooperation häufig als konfliktträchtig und voraussetzungsvoll. Vor diesem Hintergrund richtet der vorliegende Artikel den Blick auf strukturelle Bedingungen multiprofessioneller Kooperation am Beispiel psychiatrischer Teams und ausgewählter Netzwerke am Schnittfeld von Jugendhilfe und anderen Systemen. Im Artikel wird für einen engen Kooperationsbegriff plädiert, der Kooperation als einen Koordinationsmechanismus fasst, der in der Regel nur im Zusammenhang mit anderen Mechanismen zu beobachten ist und seine integrative Wirkung in diesem Zusammenspiel entfaltet. -- Multiprofessionell or interprofessionell cooperation is an important part of working in health and welfare services. It can be seen as legal and professional standard in social and health care. The need for cooperation is a result of division of work and more differentiation of tasks between various professionals or agencies in the health and welfare sector. Practicing interprofessionell cooperation in teams and inter-agency networks often seems to be difficult and stressful. The following article focuses the structural conditions of interprofessional cooperation especially in teams and inter-agency-networks. It argues that it is necessary to differentiate between cooperation based on symmetry and negotiation and other forms of coordination. Cooperation in this sense is one mechanism of coordination which always acts together with other mechanisms like hierarchy or competition. The conclusion is that effective collaboration in teams and networks is based on various mechanisms of coordination.
