Beschreibung / Abstract
The article outlines reflections on the division of labor and the cooperation of pedagogical professions in reflection to work of Èmile Durkheim. Based on the modernization theory thesis that there must be a sufficient common ground between differentiated, but potential cooperation partners, this paper presents the findings of the PAELL study for the further development of pedagogical occupational group research. Moreover, the article refers to the future tasks of the various pedagogical professions within the system of lifelong learning. Keywords: educational occupational groups, division of labor, cooperation, lifelong learning
