Beschreibung / Abstract
Dieser Beitrag nimmt Chancen und Risiken von E-Learning für Patienten und Ärzte in den Fokus und beschreibt medien- und gesundheitspädagogische Voraussetzungen für deren Gelingen. Sowohl Ist-Stand als auch Möglichkeiten von computer- und webgestützten Angeboten für die Vermittlung und Aneignung von gesundheitsbezogenen Wissens- und Erfahrungsbeständen werden verdeutlicht. Welche Felder können sich hierbei durch ein gesundheitspädagogisches Engagement öffnen? Teilhabe- und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten werden zum einen anhand von bestehenden elektronischen Informations-, Kommunikations- und Lernangeboten zum Thema Gesundheit aufgezeigt. Daraufhin wird am Beispiel der medizinischen Aus- und Fortbildung der Blick auf die Seite der Konzeptionierung ktronischer Lernangebote gerichtet und die Bedeutung mediendidaktischer Entwicklungsforschung herausgestellt. -- This contribution focuses of the opportunities and the risks of e-learning for patients and doctors and outlines the medial and the health-educational prerequisites for learning success. It points out both the status quo and the possibilities for computer- and web-supported offers as far as the teaching and learning of health-related knowledge and experience are concerned. What areas can be made available by means of health-educational efforts? Current electronic information, communication, and learning opportunities make clear what the possibilities of participating in and influencing the form of educational work in the area of health are like. Subsequently, using the example of regular and continuing medical education the article looks at the conceptional aspect of electronic teaching and the significance of developmental research in the area of teaching methods in the media. --
