Eine Voraussetzung, um Erwachsenen mit Migrationshintergrund Bildungsbeteiligung zu ermöglichen, ist die Interkulturelle Offenheit von Weiterbildungseinrichtungen. Die gezielte Interkulturelle Öffnung einer Einrichtung erfolgt im Rahmen von Organisationsentwicklung. Im der gegenwärtigen erwachsenenpädagogischen Fachdiskussion ist jedoch unklar, was Interkulturelle Öffnung in Bezug auf die organisationalen Besonderheiten von Weiterbildungseinrichtungen überhaupt bedeutet. In diesem Aufsatz wird daher zunächst der normative Ansatz Interkultureller Öffnung, mit einer Skizzierung der für Weiterbildungseinrichtungen entscheidenden Elemente, vorgestellt. Anhand zweier Praxisbeispiele werden einzelne dieser Elemente anschließend illustriert und diskutiert. -- One condition to make educational participation for people with a migration background possible is the intercultural openness of organizations of continuing education. However, directed intercultural opening of an organization takes place in the context of organizational development, and with regards to the particular conditions of such organizations - and despite ongoing discussions in the field of andragogy - the meaning of intercultural opening remains unclear. This article introduces the normative approach of intercultural opening by, outlining the decisive elements for organizations of continuing education and concludes with two practical examples to illustrate and discuss some of these elements.
