Multiprofessional teams are an essential factor for the new German all-day schools. With them comes the hope for important educational impulses in the organization of the everyday school life, as well as for learning. Nevertheless, practical expierence shows that schools have problems to set up such teams and to organize the interprofessional teamwork. The article gives an overview about the size, the structural composition and above all the dynamics of multiprofessional teams in comtemporary all-day schools. The latter counts as one of the main problems for teamwork as well as team building. It appears that an interprofessional exchange is promoted, especially regarding time resources, but also with respect to specific professional expertise. -- Multiprofessionelle Teams gelten als wesentliches Moment der neuen Ganztagsschule. Von ihnen erhofft man sich wichtige pädagogisch-erzieherische Impulse für die Gestaltung des Schullebens und das schulische Lernen. Gleichwohl werden aus der Praxis sowohl Organisationsschwierigkeiten also auch Probleme in der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit berichtet. Im Beitrag wird ein Überblick über den Umfang, die berufsstrukturelle Zusammensetzung, vor allem aber über die personelle Dynamik von multiprofessionellen Teams gegeben. Letzteres gilt als eines der Hauptprobleme der Zusammenarbeit und der Teambildung. Es zeigt sich, dass ein professionsübergreifender Austausch vor allem durch zeitliche Ressourcen, aber auch durch spezifische fachliche Expertise befördert wird. --
