Beschreibung / Abstract

-- Schlüsselbegriffe: Schulentwicklung, Schulautonomie, Inklusion, Organisationsentwicklung, bildungspolitische Steuerung, Qualität von Schule -- -- Abstract: Individual schools are increasingly seen responsible for school developments. Nevertheless is this request involved in a huge complex of governmental controlling procedures, aiming at an increase of standard-based outputs. On the other hand is the claim for an implementation of inclusion an argumentation, which is not necessarily compatible with the earlier mentioned controlling procedures. This article demonstrates possible interfaces, which contain combinations of both logics. Furthermore, it explains the historical development of the theory of organizational development, the conceptual adjustment of organizational development and applications for the development of inclusive schools. This necessarily implies the definition of school´s quality, which combines both control logics in terms of the development of individual schools. -- Keywords: school development, school autonomy, inclusion, organizational development, educational policy control, quality of schools
